The standard
Angus T-Bone at 350–400g. Angus Ribeye at 340–380g. We print the weight because a steakhouse that will not tell you the weight is not a steakhouse.
Brisket goes into wood smoke and stays there. It comes out with sautéed vegetables and potato wedges, and it is the dish people cross a city for.
Chateaubriand, cut and sliced to order, served in a pool of melted butter with cherry tomatoes, rocket and Parmesan shavings.
